AV Group conducts blasting using modern emulsion explosives of its own production — Nitronite-PR — which are safe, highly efficient, and have a fast detonation velocity.

They are designed for use in extreme northern conditions while maintaining their original parameters. The emulsion components have an extended guaranteed shelf life. The emulsion formula is specifically designed for blasting in hard-to-reach and challenging conditions.
Electronic initiation systems are used to reduce seismic impact on the surrounding rock mass and maintain excavation parameters.
The widespread use of AV Group’s electronic detonators reduces the dilution of minerals during blasting operations. The broad application of our own electronic detonators not only reduces dilution during extraction but also allows for selective mining of minerals, significantly reducing beneficiation and final product costs.
Alongside electronic detonators, AV Group offers a range of non-electric initiation systems and detonators for various purposes.
AV Group uses various modifications of modern high-performance charging units to meet the specific needs of its clients.

AV Group carries out rock loading using high-capacity bucket-type machines from CAT, Sandvik, and other manufacturers.

Various modifications of underground dump trucks from leading global manufacturers are used for the transportation of blasted rock mass.

AV Group uses high-performance Sandvik rigs for fully mechanized anchor and cable support in mining excavations.
